Hey Friend! I’m Neeli.
In 2015, I picked up a camera to document the birth of my niece.
Everything changed from there.
Even as a little girl, I loved telling stories and watching family videos. My grandparents lived next door to me growing up and my Papi was always filming us and our special family moments. He was also an artist. Andendlessly talked about how important family is. I credit him to my love for art and my heart for embracing family.
After capturing the real and raw moments of my niece being born, it’s like everything clicked. I had to keep capturing and telling these real moments in families lives. So it started with births, but as I became a mom it naturally shifted to capturing families in their own homes.
And with every family captured, my passion grew. And I realized how important this work is. Stepping into their stories and capturing the beauty that is found in the day to day helped them memorialize an all too quickly passing season of life. Remembrance brings gratitude. Gratitude unlocks joy.
I help families never forget the gift that life is. I help them remember that joy for the rest of their lives. And give them the ability to pass that down for generations.

My UniqueApproach
Here’s what you can expect a moving portrait session to look like...
When planning your moving portrait session, I first send you a questionnaire to get to know you and your family a little better. I learn what’s most important to you in this season of life, your favorite things to do together, and what you envision for your session. From there, we plan a video call so I can meet everyone “in person” beforehand, connect further, and talk through what the session will look like.
Based off your questionnaire we talk through what makes your family unique, location options, and how we will execute your vision for the session. For some, this may be a planned picnic or specific activity. Or it could be as simple as me leading you in some connective activities like tag, exploring flowers in a field, or dancing together. The possibilities are endless and customized to your family.
When you arrive for your session, we chat for a quick minute and focus on getting the kids comfortable and connected. From there I guide your family to get started on the first activity. There is light posing when I feel the moment allows it, but my prompts will always lead you in a much more natural way than physically posing you.
My approach is child-led and flexible to adapt to each family. We will talk before about your child(ren)s preferences and favorite things to do with you are and base our time together on that. This helps them feel connected, safe, and to have lots of fun. Allowing an enjoyable time for everyone involved and for sweet memories to be made while I capture your time together.

5—Preview within 24 hours!
You’ll receive an email from me with sneak peek photos within 24 hours after I leave your session.
6—Delivery time!
Depending on which package you picked, you’ll be receiving your full gallery within one to two weeks straight to your email!

Payment Plan
I understand this is an investment, so feel free to pay as you go!
RETAINER
This is your retainer payment to book your date on my calendar!
This will be 30% of your total.
Due on booking day.
Then you can pick one of the following payment plans:
OPTION 1 - TWO PAYMENTS
After paying your retainer, you will have one more installment that is the remainder of your invoice.
Due One week before photo day!
OPTION 2 - MONTH BY MONTH
We can divide the total of your package after your retainer payment into monthly payments. You'll get an email each month with a link to make payment easy!
The final payment is due 24 hours before photo day!
FAQs
What should we wear?
I encourage my clients to wear what’s comfortable and feels true to your family, combined with what you’re comfortable having on photos.This can look different for each family and I help work with you to decide what outfits will feel best for your session.
What if my child has a melt down?
As a mama, I am completely used to meltdowns, sibling fights, and all the things that come with being little! I promise it doesn’t phase me. If your kiddo needs a moment, I know exactly when to step back and give space. And often times once things have settled, can then capture the really sweet moments of connection that follow. But what’s most common is that the kiddos are having so much fun from the intentional time together, that the overwhelm is few and far between!
Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit is what secures your date and is therefore non-refundable. Thank you for understanding!
What if it rains/there’s bad weather?
I do leave rescheduling dates open in my calendar in the event of rain for an outdoor shoot. However if it’s a cloudy day, but not raining, don’t fret! A bright sunshine-y day may seem like the best option, but photographers actually love a cloudy day as it acts as a diffuser and is incredibly beautiful in photos!
